New York, NY, December 18, 2019 – NMS Capital (“NMS”) announced today that Noel Jeon has been promoted to Managing Director and Senior Associates Michael Lehman, Donza Worden and Neal Monga have been elevated to Vice President. The promotions complete a busy year for NMS, which included one portfolio company exit, the addition of two new platform portfolio companies, as well as five portfolio company refinancings and 19 add-on acquisitions.

Noel Jeon joined NMS at the beginning of 2018 as a Principal, and now as Managing Director leads NMS’ investment activity in the Business Services arena. Currently, Noel works with portfolio companies GrapeTree Medical Staffing, Avaap and JAFLO. Noel’s previous experience includes positions at BV Investment Partners, Hale Capital Partners and TA Associates. Noel received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Accounting from New York University, Leonard N. Stern School of Business, and a Master in Business Administration from Harvard Business School.

Michael Lehman was promoted to Vice President, having joined NMS in 2015 as an Associate. In his role at NMS, Michael works actively with the investment teams focused on Anne Arundel Dermatology, Avaap, Constellation Behavioral Health and US Foot & Ankle Specialists. Prior to joining NMS, Michael was an Investment Banking Analyst at Barclays in Chicago. Michael received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Eastern Illinois University, Lumpkin School of Business, and is currently a candidate to receive a Master in Business Administration from Columbia Business School.

Donza Worden, who joined the firm in 2017, has also been promoted to Vice President. At NMS, Donza works closely with the investment teams focused on CORDENTAL, Omni Eye Services, GrapeTree Medical Staffing and US Urology Partners. Donza’s experience prior to joining NMS includes his role as an Associate at LaSalle Capital in Chicago and Analyst at Robert W. Baird in Chicago. Donza graduated summa cum laude from Albion College with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics.

Neal Monga joined NMS in the summer of 2019, having previously worked at Harren Equity Partners and William Blair & Company. At NMS, in his brief tenure of less than six months, Neal has been a part of the transaction team for both platform portfolio additions in 2019: JAFLO and the Center for Social Dynamics. Neal received a Bachelor’s degree in Economics with a minor in Business Institutions and graduated cum laude from Northwestern University.
