New York, NY – January 2016 – New MainStream Capital (“NMS”) is pleased to announce that Dana Soper has joined its Operating Executive Council (“OEC”). As a member of the OEC, Ms. Soper joins an experienced team of business operators who consult with NMS on the development of investment themes, deal sourcing, and diligence, and then work alongside NMS post-investment. She will focus her efforts on assisting the NMS team in the development and evaluation of investment opportunities in the healthcare services market. Ms. Soper was recently added to the board of NMS portfolio company, Anne Arundel Dermatology (“AAD”), and is actively engaged with the AAD management team on multiple operational enhancement projects.

Ms. Soper has more than 25 years of experience in the healthcare services industry across a variety of sectors. In 2008, she co-founded CarePoint Partners, a provider of home infusion therapy and specialty pharmacy services. Over a five year period, Dana built the business from a start-up to over $150 million in revenue, becoming one of the largest infusion providers in the United States with 28 sites of service in 9 states. CarePoint was acquired by BioScrip, Inc. (NASDAQ: BIOS) in 2013.

Prior to Carepoint, Ms. Soper was President of Infusion Partners, Inc., which she grew to 17 locations generating in excess of $60 million in revenue at the time of its sale in 2007. Ms. Soper began her career in the pharmaceutical industry with Lederle (American Cyanamid), where she worked in both sales and operations. She subsequently joined T2 Medical as a General Manager responsible for the start-up and operational oversight of multiple physician-affiliated home infusion businesses in the Midwest.

A graduate of the West Virginia University School of Pharmacy, Ms. Soper also earned a master’s degree in Business Administration from Xavier University in Cincinnati. She has been a finalist for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award, and won the ACG Deal Maker Award and the Fast 55 Award for the growth associated with CarePoint Partners. Ms. Soper is a member of the board of directors of ITC Compounding Pharmacy, and MedaCheck, a start-up company that provides medication adherence programs.

Ms. Soper resides in Cincinnati and has two children.
