Bob Livonius

BobLivoniusMr. Livonius is a Member of the Operating Executive Council of NMS. He has worked with the founders of NMS since 2007, first as a CEO and now as a board member on NMS Specialized Business Services portfolio companies. Mr. Livonius is currently a Board Member at ettain group, an IT staffing company and he is on the board of GrapeTree Medical Staffing. He was a Board Member at Global Novations prior to its sale to Korn Ferry. Bob was the CEO of Medfinders for seven years where the company grew from $200M to over $350M principally through the introduction of the Managed Service Provider (MSP) offering to the healthcare staffing industry.  In 2010, AMN Healthcare acquired Medfinders to become the dominant player in Healthcare MSP.  Bob was named into a new position as President of Strategic Workforce Solutions where he expanded the MSP program into Locum Tenens, developed the Recruitment Process Outsourcing offering, acquired two Vendor Management Services companies, and acquired an Advisory/Consulting company. AMN is the largest provider of healthcare workforce solutions generating over $1.2B in 2015 when Bob left to join NMS on a more exclusive basis. Mr. Livonius also has extensive experience in the general staffing and recruitment space (clerical, light industrial, accounting, finance, IT, outplacement and retained search). For twelve years he was the COO of Spherion, a $3.5B public staffing company with 1,200 locations in 28 countries.  Bob has participated as a CEO, President, COO or Board Director in more than 55 acquisitions in his career. Bob also spent 20 years in the information technology sector, including 15 years at IBM.  Mr. Livonius is listed for the fourth time on the Staffing Industry Analysts top 100 Most Influential People.  He is also the past Chairman of the American Staffing Association (ASA) and was honored with the 2015 ASA Leadership Hall of Fame Award. Only 42 people in 49 years had been recognized with this award. Mr. Livonius earned his Bachelor of Science degrees in Engineering and Business from the University of Colorado.
